Due to the hygenic nature of our products, we do NOT accept returns.

Personalized and/or customized goods are exempt from being returned unless the product arrives defective.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at: info@lakeandlark.com for instructions on how and where to send the original item back to.
